I thought torso "A" which has "LUIZ" was from Galaxy Patrol but could not find this particular decoration?

 

I am still scratching my head trying to ID torso "B" with arrowheads.

 

I thought torso "C" with a gold lapel on the collar was part of a City minifigure but could not ID it either....

    Just curious - is there any value in these? I would look at these and put them in a box never to be seen again because of their condition.
