I’m guessing it may have to do with the free shipping threshold being $35. Sometimes Lego would offer free shipping if the order fell within a penny.

Before I really looked at the size, I assumed this was around a $20 set. I was shocked a bit. $30 is probably about normal compared to other sets.

This is how TLG squeezes an extra $30 from the seasonal LEGO shopper. Now you gotta get Santa’s Visit and the Sleigh.

well I see it as more of a benefit to shoppers

the house and sleigh in a single set would be pushing well past $100..and some may only want sleigh or the house

It’s better than gold. I love it. Will try to flip the crap out of it this season.

Agreed. But let's face it. Most will buy both.

But you are correct it's nice for people to be able to buy the sleigh without having to fork out $130 if it was included with a larger seasonal.

Aw man, I hadn't looked that closely and had been assuming this was going to be a GWP. $37 is bonkers for this set.

reindeer are considered like minifigures...in which case just slightly bonkers

To purchase the Reindeer element direct from LEGO the cost is $5.86 each so those four reindeer make up 63% of the cost of this set, not including the rigging to connect them to the sleigh.  While $36.99 seems high, it is actually fair based on the cost of the elements in the set.

75945 Expecto Patronum had 4 minfigs and the trans-blue stag for $20. And the stag was a new mold. So $37 is pretty bonkers. I get 4 reindeer is high for a GWP but then again the sailboat has 2 dolphins and 2 minifigs. So could have been with a $200 purchase.

yeah...pretty sure collecting patronus' is or will be a thing...if this is the ONLY blue stag...it might as well be gold

I really hope it is, but not all exclusive sets have exclusive tags from what I’ve seen, la Catrina is one....if she’s really exclusive

Back in stock LEGO Shop at Home limit 2.

supposedly no more store stock of these before holidays in stores.  SAH doesn't do much good with low limits which most have probably already used up.   Kinda similar to wreath last year but think this is even earlier.

I don't have much but I did get a bunch in stores. Looks like a great opportunity for a qfll.
