This theme seemed like a huge flop, (only had one wave) and I was wondering if there is ANY growth potential in ANY of the sets.

Those sets looked kinda stupid!

Nobody I know wants them so if you want to buy them and then sell them for 99% off then MAYBE you'll get some business!! :P

Other than the polybags, none of the sets even new get above their retail price. Most of them are selling for $10 to $20 less than their retail price and there is really no market for them anyways. Sorry Blackjack, but this theme is a dud.

That is amusing. The sets can flop, yet the polybags do good!

I never understand when this happens, even though in rarely does.

I guess polybags have the same simply addictive and collective quality as some other things, like Hot Wheels or baseball cards.

They're small, easy to store & build, and make that crumpling noise when you smoosh them!

I don't give a crap about this theme because I don't have any of it! :D

It's a pity, the line could have been made so much better.

Haha yep great point! ;)

I think this is a series that may have been popular with kids and soe collectors for the right price, but not really investment material.

With the word Racers in the name of the theme itself, I guess it's no wonder that it won't ever do well. I mean look at the theme simply titled Racers. That one has been around for a number of years and look at how not well it has performed.

I doesn't even look like they tried to save the line, they just let it die.

Pretty much. Only four sets released last year and they were small similiar monster trucks. Another group of sets bought for parts basically.
