The new starfighter set when on sale on August 1st and was already "back ordered" by the time to me placing an order the same day.

Is Bo-Katan and Gar Saxon the must have mini-figures this year?  The other sets that went on sale at the same time were still available.

Update - over the weekend, I received notice that my order was being prepared at the warehouse and then that it has shipped.  Excited for Bo-Katen.  Not sure how the ship will display.

The starfighter arrived yesterday.  It was a heavy box but only had 4 bags of parts with focus on the fuselage and one bag for each wing.  Directions with the dark blue always give me trouble so holding them in bright light to spot where the dark blue pieces layer up was key.  Assembly was easy and pretty quick.  The ship feels solid despite knowing the wings rotate as well as the front half of the fuselage rotates for flight mode.

The unnamed Mandalorian has just a simple black head without a portrait. Bo-Katan has a hair piece but looks much better with her helmet.  Saxon's paint job looks awesome.

Overall great set with nice play factors, Have to figure out how to display the ship in an IKEA glass cabinet that is crowded already.
