Anyone recognize this minifig?  It's feels familiar to me but I just can't seem to pinpoint who or what it is.  I've looked through dozens of pics on brickset and bricklink and nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

    There is a great site called goatleg.com that is great for IDing torsos and legs. Though much better when you don't have an all black figure to start with.
