I might get some flak about this, but there's a 2013 romcom that involves time travel called About Time. LOVED it. Rachel McAdams being in the movie helps too.

I'll take some flak as well for 2009's The Time Traveler's Wife...also Rachel McAdams.

I've seen that and I really enjoyed it too, definitely an interesting take on the concept.

I don't mind time travel movies, but since my first memorable experience with them was BttF, it helps if they follow those rules. 

This is a fun watch for what's wrong with bringing characters back.

 

This and “Back to the Future” are my favorites.

- A Stitch in Time (the Outer Limits)
- The Leap Home part1 (Quantum Leap) <- best last few minutes when Al told Sam how lucky he was
- The end of Deadpool 2

Definitely a childhood favorite of mine! But, I tried watching it again a couple of years ago, and I had to turn it off after 20 mins. I guess some things are better left as a childhood memory.

Yes. And Rachel McAdams yes.

However, the book is much better than the film. Film didn’t stick the landing.

I’m really looking forward to the HBO series written by Steven Moffet and starring Rose Leslie.

A good friend of mine was collecting comics in the 1990s and got the death of Superman with the black cover the day it came out.  He was so pissed when they brought him back.  He stopped collecting Superman after that and collected only new titles like Spawn and Venom.  He was probably better off in the long run.
