I must have not been the only person to complain. Look what they added to the item description:

Just got an email from Rakuten.  10% cash back at Lego.com.  Also, the four 5.00 VIP coupons are stackable, so I got 20.00 (CDN) off my order for a total of 500 points.

Can't complain. x4 VIP $5 coupons for 162 points each, Vintage camera for 1000 pts, plus 12% cashback from Rakuten. Nice time to order the kids their Christmas builds for the year. 

Anyone else not getting drawstring bag added to order? Don't need it, but had a $250+ order and it doesn't show up.

Wait until the order arrives then complain. Perhaps they'll run out of the crappy bag by then and offer you something better in substitute.

The drawstring bag is for purchases on 11/28 only, Cyber Monday, according to the fine print.

Oops, missed the details. Why they put it on the list of Lego Black Friday is beyond me. Then again, I probably didn't even bother to read the details for the bag I don't want

Please refresh my memory. You can use all four $5 coupons add the pirateship and get the rakuten discount?

Unlikely. Rakuten hangs and never fulfills for me when I use any codes. Especially promo redemption.

Hangs? I entered my four promo codes and got the pending verification of shipment email. Do you mean that they won't approve the pending cashback?

Yes, if you enter any codes at checkout I wouldn't count on cashback.  Sometimes you can fight them on it and they will honor it.  But they informed me even if its a redemption code provided by the website it will cause the cashback to not be approved.

Like someone else previously mentioned i used my 4 codes on a separate small order of $35 bucks (Bought 4 of those discounted 40 percent off brickheadz double pets sets) to get free shipping....Also was able to add the vip camera as well.....Total was $17 bucks after tax again with free shipping.....Not gonna worry about cashback on such a small order...I used the cashback on a larger order i placed
