A Report by and on the site "Brick Fanatics" Talks of launching failed Ideas sets through BrickLink or an ADP second wave. Sounds like a survey going.  Didn't yet read too much into it. Sounds interesting to me for sure though.

I'm probably in the minority, but none of these really grab me like past series have. Happy to sit this round out and save some cash lol

I can’t see paying $400 for University of science with all of those generic minifigures and yet another $400 Castle.

actually in your hands in 2 years... but love the Train...like the balloon...School and castle are nice but will be too expensive IMO

A train, a castle, and a pirates-ish set.  I'm shocked.  

I'd like to like the University set, but I agree that it reads as just a bit generic all around. 

As others have said, happy to keep the cash.  Between the T-Rex skeleton, Krusty Burger, Neuschwanstein Castle, Arkham Asylum, Death Star and the Enterprise-D, this is already a more expensive year for me than usual.

Round 8 Not too special. I will gab a copy each of the castle, pirate and train to throw on the pile in the vault.

Yes, the fact that there is still ONE day left and AiT sits JUST below the MAX threshold....Either Lego keeps adding more than theyre saying or they really estimated the additional sets correctly.

According to the guy who runs the program, when talking at BrickWorld Chicago, they are dynamically allocating the entire 150,000 set production allotment over all 5 sets (as a first-time trial). So the underperforming sets' allocations get reduced, and the capacity gets added to the in-demand ones.

Here is a set that I will probably never build but I am a Sleepless Night completionist 🤣

 

Waiting for my Wild West Train to arrive. I missed out on the Siege Encampment and Medieval Seaside Market (was stuck at work late)....aiming to try to find these for a reasonable price on FB Marketplace.

All of mine shipped UPS rather than lightning ship and I’m not looking forward to the “whack-bang” from UPS that tells me the package has arrived.

 

An entry for Series 9 based around the new Kraken Knights.

 

 

Another series 9 entry, this time centered around the latest Griffin Knights. The soldiers do look good wearing the classic breastplate piece matching that angled cheek guard helmet in flat silver. It does cover all that nice torso printing though.

 

 

Okay, it would seem everyone is tossing their Griffin castle into the ring.
