I couldn't find a topic on this yet, sorry if there is one. I just noticed a new self-return option on the SAH website. Am I just that unobservant or is this something new and exciting? I always remember having to contact customer service (always a wait and inconvenient) to get a return going.

Has anyone actually gone through this yet? Here are a couple screenshots. Don't panic, I'm not returning my nebulons. 🙂
