What I do find a little ironic about this list is 10198 (Tantive IV playset) is on the list but the more recent 75244 (Tantive IV playset) is not.  I know LEGO said 75244 is NOT a "UCS," but it was released on the UCS schedule, just like 10198.  And really the only differences between 10198 and 75244 is that 75244 has one additional minifigure and is a better rendition of the Tantive IV than 10198 ever was.

Also, as someone who owns both 7191 (Age 14+) and 10240 (Age 16+), I can assure you they are equivalent sizes and builds.  I kind of wish I could mate the body of 10240 with the wing mechanism of 7191 - best of both sets.

I think the contention around sets like 10198 being UCS or not is exactly why Lego have now separated out UCS from MBS explicitly.

So pictures are popping up of these from a watermarked catalog of the following:

Midi scale X-Wing, Tie Fighter, and Imperial Shuttle confirmed. Size somewhere between a 4+ set, and standard system scale.

Mando in Beskar armour will be popular. I assume it'll probably end up in loads of sets though so may not end up being worth much.

That new set looks like a $20 set from the blurry pictures, but my prediction is MSRP will be $30

That's what I was thinking.  It's kind of like a battle pack except it has Mando and the child.  Both will end up being worth little.

If that’s all we’re getting from Mando that’s disappointing. Enough cameos this season to make some great sets.

A least three set options from today's Mando episode alone.  Without giving spoilers, the three I'm thinking of would all fall in the "ship or vehicle" categories.

On a side note.  I must compliment the writers / creators of the Mando series.  I have seen more creativity in ship and vehicle design in the Mando series than the entire sequel trilogy added together.

another miss by LEGO..shoulda been a set of Mando and the Dude wearing Boba's armor both on their respective speeders.  That pairing would have been epic with levels of iconic/SW lore (Boba armor and Anakins racer bits).

add a never before seen Crait Dragon brick built and it's one of the best sets for 2021.  

The set makes it look like a situation where Mando fights Tusken, which never happened in the show

I'm looking forward to the UCS Frog Lady Egg Backpack with removable eggs.
