295 piece count...so they doin it w/ small sets too

Love this style.  Bring on the Carbon freezing chamber companion set next. This is probably how Lego should have done the Bespin UCS set:  A series of dioramas That could be interconnected for display on a shelf.

I really like how they did this with the Harry Potter sets. I think a Star Wars lineup would be money.

This set is good but could have been great if the carbon freeze chamber was part of it.

...not seeing how that would be feasible...

The carbon freeze chamber is far away, and on a different floor than this location. That would push it back toward being another playset as opposed to a display piece.

How limited are these?  I know that there seemed to be 10's of thousands of the Vader Bust last year.

If Vader Bust is your benchmark then this is most likely not as limited as you would like it to be :drag:

I did OK w Vader bust...sold it 3x RRP a couple months ago...not bad for <1 yr hold.

think the difference will be that it's also available at LEGO.com. Vader Bust was completely a Target exclusive, correct?

That didn’t stop the Cloud City designers from including the two side by side:

Which was my point. That is a playset. This set is a display piece.

Hrmm.. Nothing on here is stating a limited run. I don't remember if the vader one mentioned limited as well.

I get that. But it still would be nice to have both in a display that fit together on a shelf.  Don’t overthink it. Go with the flow.

Anything is feasible with Lego.

this was the nugget I tripped over on my stagger out of my cave 😬

50% off on Target clearance shelf...quite possibly the first set I bought after a 40 year hiatus...tickled that it's actually selling for above RRP

Anything unique about the set?  Figs don't look new.

They don't look like new figures to me either.  Still, for the Vader bust Lego only made like 40,000( I think) so if its that limited that's enough for me. But if its like the talk on the sdcc Wonder Woman set,  a few think with the back order system they will make enough to meet demand. then Bespin duel is just an ok set( for resale). IMO
