seriously, what is wrong with the train?...such a slow mover and never sniffed even a backorder during all the scarcity on large sets.

Pro: Iconic Disney, TRAIN! Good exclusive minifigs, D2C

Con: Building and train functions prices it probably $50-$75 too much; but considering the castle fetched close to 2x RRP during CV scarcity...the price tag does not seem to scare away Disney fans.

That said in hindsight, LEGO would have been better off at just the train (no power function) for $99 and maybe the train station as a separate modular for $150...with a promotional free power functions when you purchase both.

Lego exclusivity ended and now available in argos in UK, surprised to see that as Castle is still only available at lego and Disney.
