Are you in DE as your flair indicates? No good deals to be had on your Amazon or other online retailers? Target here is as much Target.com as the physical stores.

Probably full price. I don't really know, not predictable as Smyths & Galeria recently switched CEOs, some big companies bought them, a lot has changed since then.
