The free exclusive mini batmobile 76139 in the late holiday Christmas Catalog reads that it "Cannot be applied to previous purchases, or combined with any other discount, offer or FREE GIFT." So if I am reading this fine print correctly it says the free mini batmobile offer cannot be combined with any other free gift.

they say that stuff every year with all promos.  They still stack whenever there is plenty to go around.  No reason not to keep happy customers.

For anyone that has any programming experience (or wants to learn), look into Selenium. I learned about it a few weeks ago and it's really neat! You can create a short script to login and purchase the MF from Amazon for you. Of course, it will take a few hours to get it to work right (so you can determine if it's worth a shot or not)! The hard part is getting it not to keep buying it until it's OOS.

Depends on how far it's going.  The two I sold after launch were 46 and 58 or so to ship using the standard LEGO shipping box for the thing.
