Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2019 Deals

For what it's worth, here's the response from TLG regarding the LEGO Shop at Home issues posted in the Ambassador forum (LAN)....

Thank you for flagging this to us.

We were informed that the shop at LEGO.com did indeed crash on Black Friday and I know that the ecommerce team was working intensely to solve the issues on the site and we were in contact with the team on Friday as we saw the feedback coming in from LAN.

This is a very unfortunate shopper experience and I've forwarded the feedback to the integration team in order to ensure that this feedback is delivered and handled by the internal business units related to these incidents.

Crash?  LOL...They sent my Batmobile order to another person.  Customer service says they cannot stop it and will replace the Batmobile, but not the tree or mini-Batmobile.  Pretty much sucks.

I know this isn't the best place to put this question, but you guys who have had Walmart ordering issues - Now that they have the hard 2 limits in place - Does anyone know if you can order say, for delivery and then 2 more for in store pick up - or do those in store orders get cancelled? Or can you do as many in store pickup orders as you want?

I've been placing one order after the next x2 for instore pickups. I have not overlapped the same item before it ships out. I'll order again if the item is in stock after it ships. Not sure it matters though. A lot of my orders take at least a day or two to ship out which sucks. No orders have been cancelled. Perhaps someone braver than I can chime in.

I do the same as you. I have also ordered decently large quantities of non-Legos and have yet to have any problems with that.

Man I'd love to be that guy that gets a random delivery of batmobile, mini batmobile and tree.

Side note, I'm still waiting to have VIP point credited to my account for online orders made since BF. Orders have shipped, but no points yet.

Anyone else? Usually the points would have shown up by now....

2 shipped, points received.

to those of you had already received the package from LEGO Shop at Home, how's the promo condition?

My tree was scratched badly on the top.

My promo bat mobile arrived in pretty ruff shape (tear and multiple creases).  Tree and large bat mobile pretty much mint.

Heck, I haven't even received any of my orders from the 22nd!

Only got a bunch of trees, all seem fine though.  What I'm not looking forward to though is reconciling all the multiple charges to my account from Lego if that hasn't been fixed yet.  And then it seems from also reconciling the VIP pts too.

Got my Disney Train and Tree on Sunday already and the shipping box was the perfect size, both in excellent shape.

I only had one order, placed on the 23rd, and as previously reported, FedEx is still waiting for the package, even though LEGO claims it shipped on the 25th. They did process a replacement order on Friday, without the Tree, with Express Shipping "at no charge", which is still "In Warehouse"

From the Y-Wing and SC orders, 2 of 3 Xmas trees were dented up pretty bad. Not FBA-worthy. 1 of 3 red brick promos were ok. No dunnage at all in one box. And in the other box they used the promos and SC cars as the only dunnage for the Y-Wing. LEGO innovation hard at work.a6e158a8accdd2ebe6150a02194a5055.jpg

SAH reset their deals page.  Some more stuff went to 30% off.

Only thing that looked interesting to me is LEGO Movie 2 MF's $1.99 for stocking stuffers.

My promos were both in great shape, but the Batmobile box has two large tears in the front where it ripped all the way through and several corners are bent and creased. It looks like it was in this condition before it was packed for shipping. I’m calling LEGO CS tomorrow.
