Yes I am a geeky Star Wars nerd and already watched the first episode early this morning.  Will keep it short and sweet.  I thought it was very good and look forward to seeing where they go with it.  I am sure this thread will fill up with spoilers and episode discussion, so stay away if you do not want to get upset.

I also thought Disney+ was well organized and put together.  Looking forward to watching some other movies I haven't seen in a long time.

Well, there will always be another Slave I, but this one will do fine investment wise (plus it's a very nice build) 

Back to the show.  Did anyone notice, before he said "I was aiming for the other one", his targeting scope WAS locking on the other transport?

Ha . . . Yeah. That was fun. I wasn’t too impressed with the Dark Troopers design and movement. They reminded me of old school scaled down Marvel X-Men Sentinels.

Yeah I was shocked when I saw that, did not see that coming.

That ship has basically been blown up, crashed, ripped apart by Jawas, and sunk in less than two seasons. If this show was South Park then the Razor Crest is Kenny.

It will come back, likely as a different design.

Anyone a bit nervous about re-selling their haslab crests?

Disney did this before in Rebels.  The Phantom was destroyed mid-season, only to be replaced by newly designed Phantom 2 a few episodes later. As the result, we have 2 different LEGO sets called the Phantom

Possible plot hole:  why didn't Mando call his backpack back to him remotely so he could intercept the Dark Troopers?  He put it on the ground and just kind of forgot about it

What if Sabine shows up with the Ghost and it's the main mode of transportation for a few episodes?

My son immediately said he forgot his jetpack. 

What I found interesting about this episode is Boba is supposed to be 41 or 42 years old but he's clearly been through some sh*t including escaping the sarlacc.

And I want to know more about that blue force field that surrounded Grogu.

Ghost is Hera's.  Sabine & Ezra are probably running around in the Phantom

Fett killed the heck out of those storm troopers. It’s almost like he was resentful his face wound up on countless clones that were used as cannon fodder.

It is a convenient plot mcguffin that knock Mando out for the majority of the actions so Boba & friend can show off their skills

Also it conveniently disappeared when the bad robots came to pick him up.

Well they tried to redeem Boba from his bumbling around in Jedi.  I might be able to believe that incarnation could have out drew Cad Bane.

So I would guess the Razorcrest, won't be back and we'll get another "hero" ship.

I don't know what the name of Moff Gideon ship is, but it looks kind of like a Venator, we'll probably see one of them in Lego form.

I'd guess that we'll see a beat up Slave One around the middle of 2021.

If they kill off boba in this series I see no reason why Mando can't just take over slave one give it a nice upgrade.

That is so anti Star Wars.  The point of Star Wars was to have more aliens and more ships so you could sell more toys related to those aliens and ships

After watching tonight's episode, I regret selling all my UCS Slave I's a couple of months ago.

They're certainly setting up a hell of a fight in the last few episodes…I would not bet against the dream team of Mando, Boba, Fennec, Migs, and Cara. Now that would make a great minifig set...

Yes, but that could mean anything, since cruiser can be a catch-all term for all manner of ships.

I mistakenly thought that was Boba's son.  I know he said he was left for dead on Tattooine, I guess I should have picked up on him escaping the pit.  Some think Boba has a son somewhere down the timeline but I got this one wrong.  So Jango takes care of clone Boba, Boba grows up, we see him in ESB and ROTJ and then this is set right after ROTJ.  I think I'm back on track.
