February 21, 201312 yr I'm sure everyone has seen pictures of these sets and I was wondering what you guys think about them. Do they look like they will take off with kids or have good investment potential? It looks like the kind of thing little kids would love, even with the cheap Hero Factory building technique and pieces.
February 21, 201312 yr They make for some interesting action figures and kids will probably pick a favorite to do everything with. The ones that stick out for myself are Razar, Worriz, Eris, and maybe even Cragger. Not much for Laval, and I don't know about Gorzan.
May 29, 201312 yr What do y'all think of the new LoC buildable figures? While I am still undecided on the themes investing potential, I do like some of the sets, including these new ones. Maybe all the freebie speedorz I have been getting from S@H has swayed my decision lol
May 29, 201312 yr I think all of these buildable Chima figures are pretty cool, and I know my son will like them. About a month before the show starts...don't be left off the bandwagon!
May 29, 201312 yr Author I did a thread on this a while ago, and it was pretty meh. They could either go the way of Ben Ten, or the Super Heroes, I'm not sure yet. http://community.brickpicker.com/topic/2036-buildable-chima-characters/
May 30, 201312 yr I still like Worriz, Razar, and Eris best. My least favorite is Gorzan (until I think of King Kong ) and Laval.
May 30, 201312 yr At TRU the other day, they had them marked at $18 except Cragger who was listed at $15. Not sure why he drew the short straw...

July 16, 201312 yr Just found this Korean commercial for the Chima buildable figures. Kinda cool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCBvY0uHCfI Here's another. There are also a lot of videos for Hero Factory and other ones on Lego's youtube channel but they too are also in Korean or something. Oy vey....
