Heard this too. Seems like a really dumb move. But maybe they can't keep them in stock? This also just allows for when they drop to $3 to be a full "40% off".

    That’s true. All the blind bags at GameStop and Walgreens tend to be $5-8. Kreko, shopkins, etc
    Lego cmfs are smaller, but much better quality. Maybe they’ll go with the bigger unikitty sized blind bags and include more animals.

    I guess they can enlarge the mounting base, throw in a few decorations for a few pennies and charge a buck more.

    I’m all for more animals and extra pieces. I can also see more people buying at 50% off thinking they are getting a better deal.
