A nice set to get on deep clearance for parts to build mountain / desert landscapes.  And a large neon green post for part of a MOC roller coaster.

At least they tried something different with the creepy Chuck E Cheese animatronic eyes.

Little bit like a green Dobby. pointed nose and brown done.

Ugh ... this thing is ugly. Looks like he got a bunch of warts before passing away.

They should have included a toe nail clipper instead of a brick separator. Dude has some serious fungal issues on his digits. I guess that's the risk you take when you walk around barefoot on Dagobah.

I kind of like it though. The light saber looks good.

That’s what creeps me out about this. I couldn’t put my finger on it, until you said something. It looks like Freddie Fasbear? From Five Nights at Freddie’s

I have been around LEGO long enough to expect some rough edges (especially in regards to subjects of organics). It is unfortunate how getting past the "uncanny valley" around this scale or smaller can be near impossible for even the most creative of builders. For me I can applaud anyone willing to tackle such a challenge and manage to deliver some semblance of recognition in the design. As observed by others, the almost animatronic eyes feel the most foreign not to mention the brick color used for his "skin" does not seem to match the included minifigure's skin tone.

In the end I like the build if anything for simply being different than another safe remake/re-release. Could be better perhaps yet at this size I am not seeing many options.

Coming soon from LEGO, Five Nights at Freddy's UCS bust builds (when McFarlane Toys is done).

The light saber itself seems to be the focal point. Since Yoda is so small it allows the light saber to me massive. I give it a thumbs up.

And you know we all want massive lightsabers ....

I guess I'm in the minority but I think this looks great. What do you people think Yoda look like?

I don't know, but probably not like the appearance on the box. I need to see this set built and in person.

I agree.  But when I look at pics of Yoda, this model's ears are way too short.  His head is too flat as well.  It really changes his appearance.

Everyone can complain about the blockiness of 7194, but his head is rounder and his ears are the correct length (nearly as long as his head is wide).  I see some needed modifications to make this set better.  With that said, I'll bet it'll still sell fairly well.  At least as well as BB-8.

Would have liked to have seen smooth pieces finishing outer coat.  A lighting kit for the saber will be a big win for display:)

Bought one in SAH and received three promos with it:

- Battle of Endor promo

- Obi-Wan Kenobi 20th Anniversary polybag promo

- mini Gingerbread house promo

Just had to add a CMF to cross the threshold of €100 to get the Gingerbread House promo. That's at least €60 worth of promos for a €100 buy. Not bad! ;)

Shhhh, not too loud or you could expose the "totally smart" way TLG is secretly manipulating their sales/revenue figures by adding more and more GWPs for SAH orders - which of course no one gets to know about officially in their business reports. Just imagine how even much worse their SAH sales numbers/revenue would look if they did NOT throw an ever growing number of more and more valuable GWP at every online shopper showing up to ever buy at RRP nowadays.

Only bad thing about that deal was the Yoda bust at full RRP.  I´d rather have a 60% direct discount, which based on the busts sold so far, is entirely possible.
