a little sloppy seconds-ish after we've already been spoiled with shelf-haunting mega construx.

so on the flipside,  i guess there's still a chance we get star trek lego one day and we can get something um, well i'll be nice, something  "different" than this.

The question is can they do better than the Chinese Knockoffs?

Honestly, Mega Construx did a pretty good job with the minions line. Figures like this seem to fit their "individual molds for each piece" mantra. Seems like a lot of specialty molds would be needed.

Lego Minions... coming to clearance shelves near you.

Coming soon from the creative and timely minds at The LEGO Group, the company that brought you Angry Birds and Jack Stone -

Boss Baby Q1 2021!

Don't forget Unikitty, PowerPuff Girls, and soon to be Trolls!

The thing is these would actually be good.

For the older kids among us sure,  but my kids have never seen any of those. Maybe those shows will be on Disney Plus.  They would be down for your Boss Baby idea.

They are all on Disney+, just a FYI.

I will be getting the brick-built minions only.  I love the idea of them opening up, wish I could see the insides.  The set works well on it's own as a display piece.

Wish granted

again.. (like in Mandalorian case).. no box art.. these things have to be already in production! Latest Disney BHz were in production at least 6 weeks before the official distribution started (judging by the seals on mine - produced in December 2019).

I agree 100%. The 75551 is by far the best of the bunch and according to the website the tall one can be rebuilt into the third guy. I know price per piece isn't a huge deal or anything, but 876 pieces for what I am sure will be $42 a few months after release is pretty good.
