I don't know how I missed this, but the new Dimentional Weight pricing is going to hurt when selling any of the larger sets.

Just wanted to point out the change so you guys are prepared.

    Does USPS overcompensate on the length like some people? 5 inches can become 8 inches in a hurry.

    Generally FedEx is a better option for larger heavier items. Wouldn't be surprised if they adjust their prices to close the gap between them and the USPS dimensional pricing.

    been announced since last rate hikes just delayed til June which was nice at least ,  but yes it will hurt a lot

    Dimensional weight will apply to all zones for packages larger than 1 cubic foot.

    And realized one more thing. To calculate USPS dimensional weight, the method WAS to take the volume in inches and divide by 194 (unless I recorded that wrong, but I don't think so). NOW the method is to take the volume and divide by 166. That hurts even more. :smile:

    also parcel select used to be much harder to hit the dimensional weight now you automatically hit it just like priority mail
