Is Bespin Lando available in any sets other than the two Cloud City ones? If not, I'm guessing this will be the most sought after exclusive anniversary figure out of the lot.

Depends on whether you consider this a Bespin Lando (I don’t know SW canon well like many here do):

He came in the last version of the A-Wing (75175).

 

75044 - no stickers on the back, this one has stickers for the gray.  *sigh*  And this is like Luke's Snowspeeder #4, or 5.  Why can't they produce the rest of Rogue Squadron?  The cannon does remind me of 4500, but still...  Yet another set to be over produced and picked up at a discount.  How much does everyone bet this goes 20% discount right out of the shoot?

From the box art, it looks like sets will have a random? Minifigure from ESB. I do like the old school OG Kenner box art as an homage to the first toy line run.

each set will have its own tribute fig, for 75259, it's Lando, which is shown in the left.  right four figs just mean what are in other four sets 

 

wonder why no droids made the cut...and why Lando who's not even in all the movies?

I would bet Boba Fett is more popular

Lando is definitely going to be the most desirable minifigure. The original cloud city version I'm guessing this is based off goes for $150 in good condition with cape.

Due to scarcity. I have a feeling that you will be able to build an army of Landos based on what you can find in just a couple of stores. You can recreate the scene in Toy Story with the aliens except instead of saying, "Ooohhhhh," your group will creepily look at your Leia minifigure and say, "Heeeeeellllllllllllloooooooo. What have we here?"
