I like the looks of this Slave 1. I haven't compared it to the one included in Cloud City yet, but this one looks decent.

The bounty hunters look great in this set.

This is the Slave 1 from 75222 - Betrayal on Cloud City.  The one above in this set is much nicer.

With the UCS one retiring, I recko 75190 retiring before the other main 2017 SW sets suggests that a UCS destroyer is definitely coming this year.

So the 75060 just increased in future value from what I can see.

Oh it will sink OK...Right down to $60.00 in a few months.  

Let me put it in a different way...Ideas Saturn V or this set for $120.00.???

Yes, it may even reach 1x RRP. However, it can't do as badly as the Dead 5, right?

Give the 75060 some time and it will surprise you.  The Red 5 had some major competition with 7191.

Between Slave 1 and yet another Luke's Snowspeeder, you have to wonder what the saturation point is for these remakes.  Although, the bounty hunters are really cool.   Ugh...   

lol, What if LEGO was gearing up for an Executor bridge scene set with Vader talking to ALL of the bounty hunters.  The bounty hunter battle pack had four of the six from that scene.  This new Slave 1 completes the list of bounty hunters.  It would be an Executor bridge pit with Vader, an updated Admiral Piett, and a couple of commanders working their stations under the bounty hunter's feet so Bossk could look down on them.  Similar to what LEGO did in 10221 UCS SSD but make the set small like Death Star Escape 75229.  That seems to be the direction LEGO is going with these small vignette sets.

Exciter1 being a smarty pants is super easy , barely an inconvenience.

the box actually appeals to me better than the UCS. (that is / has been so cliche with that dramatic background). Im afraid this one would seld much better as the novices aka ordinary buyers would not see any major difference between the two boxes. This one being "much cheaper" PLUS. having 4 minifigs.. 

So... a weird observation.  Why does the Han minifigure have his blue coat?  When he's frozen in carbonite, he's not wearing the coat.  Just seems like an odd miss.

How is the price already nearing RRP of its UCS version? Insane...

No idea. It's bizarre. I was pondering buying some of these for £60 or so a year ago, and decided against it. Not the best decision, as it turns out.

I wondered the same thing when sealed copies of X-Wing 9493 was doing the same in comparison of Red Five 10240.

Could playability be a contributing factor to its demand over and above the UCS display version 75060?

This set is the only way you can get the Zuckuus minifigure.  (And 20th Anniverasry Leia, but I don't see that being a primary reason to buy this set).
