probably none of them as first 2 are potentional remake targets forever and you never know if 10264 ends up being dud like Pet Shop or winner like Brick Bank, I would pick 71043 Hogwarts Castle

    Read the forums and do your research. A 10 year hold is in most cases not worth the hold. Normally it is 2-3 years.

    If you are going to buy something to hold ten years as an investment, I'm not sure anything you mentioned would make sense. I'm not even sure what would make sense. Probably some other investment option.

    10 years? LOL. It's too long as you risk remakes, better updates, box dampness/mould and peeling seals. 2-3 years max.
