As why is it weird? Perhaps that no other cmf series has done that or why does it need 2 packages? Nothing special about the figure. I can see the unkitty figure needed a separate package, not the swamp creature. 

I still have yet to see these at my two local Targets. Such a bummer. The HP CMF series keeps staring at me each time I go there looking.

Went to Kohl's today and found one box...went through and picked up the four that I wanted from the series.

I picked out the eight I wanted at Kohls as well.

I found myself with a full set of Wizard of Oz characters as well after a deal on the Ultimate Batmobile.  They really do look great together, any guesses what they might fetch at auction?   Or a good BIN price?

All of them together looks awesome! Those monkeys goes for about $20 each on eBay so price accordingly.

Man, I need to get my hand on one of those Ultimate Batmobiles. They never went on clearance at my local Target/Walmarts. Sigh.

I found a few early at $50 each and I thought $100 was too steep from that point on.

I don't know how anyone who is a fan of toys don't instantly love this batmobile...it's the voltron of batmobiles

I guess the saturation of batmobiles and hangover from Tumblers sandbagged it from the get go...weird that a couple of monkeys end up causing it to up arrow.

I still have a bunch of these open box from TRU  I parted out the minifigs don’t forget it had the witch, polka dot guy and at that time the best bat signal. Sell them and the monkeys and the set was free.

$74.50 free shipping... SOLD.  My question answered.  The new unanswered question... how high I COULD have sold it for.  Don't want to be greedy, I'm actually very satisfied.

Ouch. I imagine these classic characters of story and cinema are the main desirables from this series for just about everyone making your chances that more difficult. Don't let yourself get discouraged now, you'll reach your goal yet one way or another.

They might have come and gone. The one near me got 2 boxes week of release, I was able to get the ones I wanted day release and the others were sporadically placed on the purchase aisles.

I hope not. Both my Targets have been really good about having every CMF series readily available prior to and on release date, so I'm still crossing my fingers.

Really? Where are you located? I'm in the SF Bay Area (Oakland). Has anyone here seen them at Target yet?
