Seriously, it looks amazing and has my support. This will appeal to UK buyers since a lot of the scenes were filmed on Britwell Hill a few miles North of Reading.

Looks cool! Not a fan of the movie. But I would buy it for myself as a shelf item. 

 

Ok, now that is impressive.  I'm not sure I'd buy it, but I like it.  There are some Disney nuts out there that would probably be all over this set.

Thanks. Never heard of it. I like old movies maybe I'll check it out. Hearing the word steampunk gives me sea cow nightmares though. 

Amazing enough, the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang story was written by Ian Flemming, who also wrote all the James Bond (007) books and this film was produced by Albert R. Broccoli who also produced almost all of the Bond Films.

I remember supporting this back when the site was originally CUUSOO I believe. The author stating this is a re-submission of the project explains that then. In any case I will support this again easily, no question. Never mind the film, this is just a neat car. A little absurd but whatever. Ha.

The car is great and the movie brings back memories.  If you are close to 50, you will get it...

I'm not close to 50 and still love the car and enjoy the movie.  Remember watching it with my Grandma when I was a kid.

If produced, I can see this being bastardized to a smaller scale to fit alongside the Aston Martin. Very nice rendering, however.

If it’s near as disgusting as that nasty Aston Martin, I’m not touching it. It has to be very close to the submitted project or... I’m out.
