April 23, 20196 yr Since the 21045 is totally new, and not a remake, this could stand the best chance of exceeding RRP post EOL. It a difficult call to make as the recent retirees sell for both well under and well above RRP, so it's all in the timing of when you sell (eg. when there's NO £1 FVF eBay offer - Grrr!). Discounts are a must, but are not as common in the UK as they once were, especially with Asda/George no longer needing to compete with Tesco Direct.
April 23, 20196 yr Looks like one of the most boring builds... nice result though.Agree completely Sent from my SM-G960U1 using Brickpicker Forum mobile app

April 23, 20196 yr We do need a legit king kong (with proper scale) to pair with the new Empire State. Someone needs to jump on that for Ideas.
April 24, 20196 yr Gorilla Grodd from 76026? Still too small? How big was King Kong compared to the building?

April 24, 20196 yr i love this refresh. looks so much better than the original which is in my collection. Regarding the MANY grill elements....With a building designed like this and it's size, is needed. too bad Lego never made a 1x4 or even 1x6 grille. however, the 1x2s work here since it gives the separate floor appearance.
