    this can easily be found for $60 on eBay, so I wouldn’t think more than $90 by Christmas outside of Amazon.

    Does anyone have the weight for a sealed 40289 Diagon Alley?

    Bricklink is saying about 14 ounces, but the one I have that I'm suspicious about is 11 ounces. And I don't have any others at the moment to compare.

    You are in luck. Had one sitting on my packing table. Mine came up at 11 ounces. Yours is legit.
