The plane is 4209 Lego City Fire Plane with all the minifigs (seller says missing 1 piece). No manuals or other minifigs. I enjoy putting the sets together to resell, but would like to make a profit too.  How much would you offer?

If making a profit was my goal, I don't think I'd consider this lot at all. Too much work for what would inevitably be a meager profit at best. Just this guys opinion.

Thanks. This is new to me so that's why I ask! The seller just told me the HP minifigures are in another lot, which makes me think that the Hogwarts Castle 4842 (that I think I see in the box) might not be all there either :(

You would  regret buying this the minute you got home. My rules:

1. Desirable sets

2. Low prices to account for inevitable missing pieces

3. Missing mini figs (and possibly instructions) will kill your proit
