No.  But my order of one super pack, one koi, and one of each skin arrived yesterday and consisted of 2x 81000, 2x 81001, 2x 81002, and 2x 81003.  There's no special box with all inside or "81004" Forma super pack.

I supported a couple, wait and see if I will be getting them all

Got it - I must have received the Super Pack yesterday, since I received 1x each and got the following email today:

Just shown up today, no email no tracking no nothing. Still a couple short tho

Through Indiegog it was either $85 if you got the Super Pack or ~$90 if you bought each piece separately.

this sets a good precedent for the BL AFOL contest sets

The key differences is that the BL sets will not be badged LEGO, but the types of sets would have greater appeal than Forma.  ONly 2500 of each set made so very curious where it ends up...and my fave phrase: make for a great case study

People who still have this set, anyone willing to provide a very hi-res scan of the skins?  I'm not looking at recreating or selling them, I want to try to model them.  I'm this guy: https://grabcad.com/dk/models.
