So with the introduction of "Betrayed by Cloud City", we have the a new "Master Builder Series" category. The Death Star playset and Assault on Hoth would both fit into this category.

What other sets could be created/updated under this new "Master Builder" category?

Geonosis (Petranaki) Arena

 

Battle of Utapau

 

Coruscant Jedi Temple (Order 66/Operation: Knightfall) - Slaughter of younglings may not pass the purity test

 

Senate Duel

10236 EV could also be included in Master Builder. Seems to me the MB line is going the route of more play opposed to display. Would love to see a Cantina and Geonosis but someof the others you mentioned would be better suited for UCS proper. I can see Coruscant being UCS, albeit lots of gray and nanofig like Hogwarts. Any of the duels depicted already have a traditional playset already and would be hard to make that a MB line. Trench run can already be created with the current X-Wing/Ties out there so no need for a UCS Trench in my opinion.

Good ideas but I think only time will tell for what Master Builder line brings. Maybe it will be a line across all themes. Hogwarts isnt labeled UCS but I would argue its beyond MB.

True. Not easy to make a redo worse but that makes me nervous. 

Will we ever see another Jabba's Palace  given the flack about the Palace's resemblance to a particular religious building?

Not as detail oriented as UCS, but priced like a UCS

I was thinking the place with all of the lava lake and waterfall.  The high ground is part of the set sure + Palpatine & his shuttle

Prediction - MB goes the way of Lego Factory and other short lived labels. It sounds like UCS-lite.

I can see that. I can also see it looking like jabbas ******* palace. New level of reaching. Pretty sure the designer didn't have some racist alterior motive via an inclusion of some landmark in a country most of the world can't even point to on a map. Sorry for the rant. It's been a long week.
