My three sets arrived yesterday - bizarre approach to packing. Mirkwood Spiders and Unexpected Gathering were boxed up together & Helms Deep was sent in nothing more than a polybag. None of the boxes were ruined, but they certainly weren't pristine - there was a crease in 79003, and tatty corners & a small but deep indentation on 9474. So, I rang customer services this morning - they were absolutely brilliant, expressed surprise at the packing method, and happily refunded 10% of the cost back to my card. It took less than 5 minutes. This is what I ended up paying (figures in brackets are after Quidco cash back, which is tracked but not confirmed): 79001 Mirkwood:
