It's as much an UCS set as BB-8 is. Or isn't. At least with BB-8, which officially isn't an UCS set, it's pretty much scaled in size to match the UCS R2-D2 set.

I assume that the proportions are right (although to me, it looks a bit too tall) - it also doesn't seem to have captured "cute" very well.
