Cool set but the interaction between the dad and the son creeped me out. The constant looking at each other and smiling was weird.

Superb. Model 2 is a Pile Driver. I used to operate one of those back in the 80's so that's got to be a day one purchase...

Paul Orndorff had the best pile driver imho. 

I picked this up today on iwoot. Came out to $209 plus tax.

I only pick them up sub 130 euro  - once in a while they drop that low here

Yup, keep your eyes open, because most of these big technics sets drop quite dramatically sooner or later. Best in the UK so far was £118 and at that price it would be a crime not to buy [emoji3]

We don't get many sales on the big technic in N America. At least until eol when they are blown out for 40% off or better. iwoot has been great for the ones I want to build. Investment I wait until the end.

Not quite bargain price aside, decided to pick it up because everyone speaks highly of the build.
