While I am unclear as to the reasoning behind the set's name, it is at the very least a good assortment of parts and some build ideas even for what one could consider a "jack of all trades, master of none" sort of set. The bus, blue roadster, ice cream trike, hotel, construction crane car, and to an extent the fast food vendor each seem like complete concepts while the rest are thrown in for extra mileage. The electric car charging station is simple as it should be really with the car being a traditional LEGO coupe since 2010. The printing on a couple of the minifigures could be exclusive or perhaps rare but I cannot tell from these images.

From the title, I was hoping for something like a State Capital Building. Many US States have Capital Building areas with something reminiscent of what you see in Washington DC, but at a much smaller scale. I foresaw something like a Capital building, Fountain and statues out front and kids playing around them with hot dog carts etc.

This is certainly not that, but I do like it. Has Lego ever done something like what I'm describing?
