Identifying fake lego clone troopers

Hi guys, I've recently started collecting lego minifgures from the starwar lines and got a batch of lego off from ebay but was wondering if it was authentic. 

From what I've read there would be the Lego logo printed on each piece if it was authentic. However, i cant there was a © where the Lego logo should be. As for the legs there's only one lego symbol between the two studs at the top. Can someone kindly tell me if this is normal or is my minifigure knock off?

The minifgure im referring to is the Lego Clone Gunner from an older series of starwars battle pack.

Appreciate any help and thanks in advance!
