Hello all!

Have recently come across a peculiar minifigure and haven't been able to find much on it. Kevin Hinkle was the former AFOL community project manager for LEGO. Hinkle was recently laid off at the end of the 2017 year, and unfortunately no longer with tlg. These minifigures were apparently handed out by these LEGO executives like business cards. See below:

Anyway, what would this guy be worth?
