Day 1 purchase for me. My family are still huge fans (we watch all the movies in-line at least twice a year).

really day 1? are you not at least interested in some discount along the way like 20-30 % off? Surely this wont be sold out within first days - and game over.. I can imagine that also the other HP sets would be quite attractive and some of them hard to resist to purchase

That’s what happens when good people put charity above some list

I am sooo glad I just sold my last couple of 4842’s for $555 each...

I meant that she is relevant considering she still has 600m pounds more than she started out with.

Have all of the sets been unveiled at the Toy Fair? Didn't seem like there were as many this year. Perhaps it was just me though, seem to remember more sets being unveiled in the past. I haven't seen any more pictures since that first batch is why I'm asking.

No, only the Jurassic ones and this.

Hulkbuster Ultron was revealed at NY

Seeing that Fawkes is also brickbuilt is a bit of a bummer.

Yes, I misread. The Ninjago Boostardisation was also revealed, like Brick Me and the new Falcon.

No Technic or other 2HY sets.

That's a bummer. I was hoping they would reveal all of the HP sets

Too damn soon. It would just assist the counterfeiters.

Toyark has photos of everything on public display. The other sets were probably there too but in a secret side compartment for VIP customers. Any big potatoes here mght be able to confirm that.

You can see 75953 - Womping Willow attached to the 75954 - Great Hall.

Really wish the Basilisk had been a standalone set and been more in size proportion to the Ninjago Movie Green Ninja Mech Dragon 70612.

Would this be on a 2 year production cycle?
Any Canadian know the lowest this has been? I checked and best is 20%.

Most likely. The newest Clock Tower set has the black technic pins and bricks for connection.

Thanks. So no rush to load up, not that there’s any decent deal here anyway for this set. Most shops don’t carry many.

Not sure how Canadian WM clearance cycles work, but these could be had for $49/$74 USD last winter clearance.

No such luck here. Thanks anyway.

This has all but dried up. Most likely with everyone locked at home and LEGO reduced production. Price has steadily climbing up.

Won't the price just fall back down once they bring it back in stock? This set must still be in production if it hasn't been retired yet.

So... knowing everybody stocked up on the Great Hall does anybody predict that the 75953 Whomping Willow could be a slipper?

I focused on these specifically due to the connecting nature of the sets. My hope is most people will have the Great Halls and not the Whomping willows years down the line.
