The 10715 Bricks on a Roll box doesn't have the "Limited Edition" designation and looks like the regular Classic bricks boxes:

The Forbes article says that classic packaging is a Walmart Exclusive

So, there are store exclusives that aren't even available at shop.lego.com? I know some sets like 70911 The Penguin Arctic Roller is exclusive to Walmart, or Target (I forget which) but it is still available at shop.lego.com. But this set isn't.

Yes some of the giant XXXXXXLLLL brick boxes have been exclusive to Walmart as Black Friday specials and I think one other  was exclusive to Walmart and TRU.
