January 15, 20187 yr Nice, I guess I am getting it at sale (all SH sets are destined to at least 30% discount at some point). I hope those Dr Strange-themed accessories are printed.
January 16, 20187 yr 2 of these, ask@AlpineMaps for a $4 baseplate, sell the minifigs for 2x$40 and you got yourself a proper modular, sadly also for the price of one.

Looks like it closes up into a tidy little 16x16 modular (with some MOD’ing of course). Could drop it on a 32x32 plate and have ample room for some boulevard landscaping.I’m in.
January 16, 20187 yr I think it will have to be done as two modulars. The house will be one and the pizza shop will have to be another one. I wouldn't have it as part of the house.
January 16, 20187 yr LEGO loves their alliteration with set names like this. Anywho, nice building that could be made even better to fit into one's modular street as a single or duo.
January 16, 20187 yr I bought 76060 for £14, too late to return. Most small Super Hero sets are total stinkers which I why I now avoid this theme too. There are some sets to avoid even at 60% off, 76060 is one of them! I call it the Rectum Rectorum! Edited January 16, 20187 yr by TabbyBoy

January 17, 20187 yr I can’t wait to see the MOCs that will combine the first Doctor Strange set with this one.

May 20, 20187 yr The window in front doesn't line up well. It's like designers got lazy. The water tower on roof doesn't even touch the legs that hold it up. Also more of the sloppiness/lazy
