Not even sure you’d need 2 of em. Looks like it closes up into a tidy little 16x16 modular (with some MOD’ing of course). Could drop it on a 32x32 plate and have ample room for some boulevard landscaping.

I think it will have to be done as two modulars. The house will be one and the pizza shop will have to be another one. I wouldn't have it as part of the house.

LEGO loves their alliteration with set names like this. Anywho, nice building that could be made even better to fit into one's modular street as a single or duo.

I bought 76060 for £14, too late to return. Most small Super Hero sets are total stinkers which I why I now avoid this theme too. There are some sets to avoid even at 60% off, 76060 is one of them!

I think 76060 is on the gradual road to recovery. 

all this positive recognition makes this set even more special...

The window in front doesn't line up well. It's like designers got lazy. The water tower on roof doesn't even touch the legs that hold it up. Also more of the sloppiness/lazy
