Just wondered if anyone has ever taken delivery of an item from Lego SAH with for example a discount of 30% only for the same item to be discounted later to 50% later in the sale. How does SAH handle that situation. Do they give you points back?

Just wondered if anyone has ever taken delivery of an item from Lego SAH with for example a discount of 30% only for the same item to be discounted later to 50% later in the sale. How does SAH handle that situation. Do they give you points back?

Try calling them, their customer service is outstanding and They will probably offer VIP points to the equivalent amount. Alternatively, purchase again and return the originals.

Your account gets flagged as "reseller scum". In 2018, that means they wil probably give you  a reward whereas before you would have got banned.
