LEGO "Collect them all" sticker in shipped order

My backordered Winter Holiday Train arrived and the shipping box included this "collect them all" sticker.

Normally, I'd just give something like this away, but if there's some mystery or bigger game to it, I'd hold onto it.
It seems silly in its simplicity and plainness to make 4 generic brick stickers a worthy marketing campaign.

Oh wait, maybe if you collect all 4, you get banned. I see what's going on now. :P
