Since I hadn't really read any reviews on this set I was pleasantly surprised to see that the balloon boys' present was S1 Minifigure packs.  Great detail.

Poor girl just gets a cookie.

    Has anyone had or see any discrepancies on box figure distribution?  In the past I have opened cmf boxes but I am tempted to just leave the box sealed and inventory the figs based on the box distribution.
