Right so I've only tested the water a little in the last month since I started 'investing' in Lego.

I've picked up a few freebies from Amazon and a few random cheap bits on Facebook market place too.

Just wanted some advice on which of these sets I should keep hold and which I should try and shift more quickly.

  • 75155: Rebel U-wing Fighter
  • 21306: The Beatles Yellow Submarine
  • 71016: Kwik-E-Mart
  • Speed Champions Lego Ferrari F1
  • Lego Speed Champions 75881 2016 Ford GT & 1966 Ford GT40 Building Set
  • 2 of Speed Champions 75878 "Bugatti Chiron" Building Set
  • LEGO DC Comics 70902 Batman Movie Catwoman Catcycle Chase Batman
  • LEGO 75172 Star Wars Y-Wing Starfighter
  • LEGO 75165 Star Wars Imperial Trooper Battle Pack
  • LEGO Ghostbusters Ecto-1 Set 21108
  • Technic pull back set 42047 (listed on ebay)
  • Lego Super Heroes Clash of Heroes (free)
  • BrickHeads Beast
  • Lego Speed Champions 75877 Mercedez AMG GT3 x 4
  • Speed Champions Corvette new damaged box £5
  • LEGO UK 41318 Heart lake Hospital Construction Toy
  • LEGO 41126 Friends Heartlake Riding Club
  • Lego Caterham

Thanks so much for the help as usual.

Putting your buy-ins would be helpful so as to know whether flipping is an option.

As most of these sets are either just retired or still being made, unless you have a really good buy-in you´ll be stuck with them for at least a year.

It's mostly the freebies and the Friends sets that I'm unsure about what to do with. The two Star Wars sets I'm happy to keep so not bothered if they do well or not, same for Ecto-1.

Thanks so much, out of interest, what makes you think that the hospital won't do well but the riding club will?

Also do you think there's too many yellow subs then?

I didn´t say they would do well or not. Riding club will retire next Xmas for sure but the hospital could well have a 2 year life cycle typical of larger Friends sets so it will be a longer hold. Both are winners with those buy-ins.

There are indeed too many YSBs.

Brilliant, thanks so much.

I like the subs and my Dad's a big beetles fan so we could end up with one each next Christmas. :)

If he likes Beetles then you probably want to get him the Creator one!
