I got this in a bulk lot thinking it was 7994 Cargo Ship. Studs do not have lego script, and there are no other identifying marks or stamps. Any help identifying this item would be appreciated.

I don't see that in Bricklink and if the studs do not say Lego, I would assume it is an off brand.

For what it's worth, Bricklink is a great place to find out what sets you might have in bulk lots. There are several ways to look for parts. I usually try starting with color then category (in this case blue, then boats). It takes a bit of time, but works well for me.
