Looks like a birthday cake topper.

 

It might make a good stripper stage in conjunction with the pop star... stage... thingee.

This party is missing one important character.
The one and only.

 

I don't think I'm going to be waiting for this to go on sale.  El Dorado!  Hawkgirl!  Silver Age Green Arrow!  YES!

As much as I love G'nort, I'm going to be fairly upset if we get G'nort before we get Guy Gardner.
