You should've created shipping label immediately with no returns allowed. This way there's no escape for the buyer.

Man why make everyone’s life harder . Cancel the order and move on . I would rather cancel right at the beginning than deal with the headache later on .

TTBOMK... Those that sell at a fixed price in the UK whether it be Amazon or eBay need to adhere to UK distance selling regulations and have to accept returns within a minimun 14 day period. Auction listings should be exempt from this law. This is why I'm not selling these online just yet.

Someone just shared this on Facebook regarding WoN. You are essentially copping a feel of their pocketbooks. default_crazysmile.gif

"The patriarchy of the website "Brickpicker" are the ones buying up all this triumphant women's Lego set and bragging about scalping them. Just MORE men taking advantage of women. They assault our bodies and now our wallets!!!!!"

Too bad there are female BP'ers as well.
We do have at least one woman picker right?

There are a couple, myself included.

if the date was 11/26 yes, but the date is 11/6 and seller count is rising up to 71 so no surprise price is dropping.

but if you take a look closely, you'll see there is ONLY ONE lucky SOB with FBA prime stock and they are  selling at $120 and if you check back later today or tonight, they will  be out of stock.  so yeah if you are one of the 70 trying to sell FBM there is only one direction for you.  if you are the one seller (soon to be few) above the clouds with prime stock, i'm sure the sun is shining.  at least for a couple of more days until all the fba shipments start piling in :P.

makes me wonder why people are so stupid to buy off Amazon if you can get it for almost half the price on ebay. That seller on amazon can practically keep listing it for 80-100 and just purchase straight from ebay and drop ship nonstop. Cheapest I saw on ebay was $50 shipped.

That's not a bad idea.

I ban dropshippers on ebay on principle.

eBay should ban dropshipping - period.

If the item is, for example, a pre-sale then eBay should cancel the listing and suspend the seller. They've either got the sodding item in hand or they haven't!

eBay have a HUGE amount of work to do in order to make the platform safe and justify their extortionate fees.

Please like this post if you want eBay to introduce Two Factor Authentication like Google Authenticator.

... and again when it retires. I'm holding off selling until EOL as I have to accept 14-day returns under UK law when selling at a fixed price online ;-(

If any Brit wants to pay through the nose when they're desperate to get a WoM, drop me a PM ;-)

The thing is, if people have the "must have now regardless of cost" mentality and pay through the nose for something that's easily available, they're probably not great on Distance selling regs

It's a PITA to process such a return and buyer are get a lot more savvy. However there are some numpties who don't know about LEGO's or JL's websites ;-)

think the lego store was back orders ship november 20th or 24th somewhere in there before it went to out of stock

so are you saying it is best to hold these ?

would be guessing lego will not have large amount of stock back until the 20th or later

what an interesting product launch

BN shipped 1 of my 5 WoN.

Not sure if this is because they want to just ship 1 or they want to ship 1 + 4 (a factory case).

What make you say the price will rise on the WON set?

Was at the Lego Store in Vancouver, Canada, boat loads of these on the shelves. Limit of 2 which is strange considering it looks like nobody even touched a single set yet.

I went to my lego store and the shelf was stocked with WON set. And I asked an employee. He said they had more in the back.
