I saw a copy of the November LEGO Shop calendar and the 24 in 1 set was there as well.  Set number 40253 and looks to be the free gift with $99 purchase from 11/1 - 11/15.  The Nutcracker is free with $99 purchase from 11/25 - 11/27.

I couldn't justify anything beyond two nasa sets to get to 100 bucks for another advent calendar, that is sad that full price lego isn't worth it.

I put a couple in my cart last night too.  Gave it the big'ol meh and closed the window.

I got one last year. I think I made it to day 3 before I said “meh.” I was really unimpressed with it.

It was actually available in October last year, during double VIP.

I'm in, my kids pulled the 24in 1 set out to build every morning.... for 3 months last year.
