Toys "R" Us - 50% scraps are all that's left

I'd happily buy that and wear it to TRU every day until that hellhole is gone.

Hellhole is kinda strong don’t you think? Nobody forced you to shop there right?

  • Let's be honest, when you've got: You have Chima sets still on the shelf, that have been retired for 2+ years, and they're still marked above RRP, You don't automatically PM your website

I don't see why TRU has a problem with this guy. He learned this technique from them.  Check the TRU warehouses, they have millions of dollars of products they haven't paid for either.

  • It does look good!

I’m guessing my local store closed on Tuesday. I was there looking to grab a sign or two (was denied), and it looked like Black Friday - the line was probably 50 deep with carts full of stuff and empty shelves.

Everything was 90%, and what was left just was not selling at all, so I’m not surprised that’s what it took.

My store was preselling the signs and fixtures. Yesterday and today were when we were supposed to pick them up. Very sad for people who grew up shopping there and those who worked there for many years.

No, Hellhole is entirely appropriate.

Not sure if this has already been reported, but I officially saw new Speed Champions on the shelves at Target today.

yep - also on the shelves at walmart at a discount - $12.93 for the little racers.  $14.99 at target.  the $30 Porsche set is $24 at walmart.  didn't see that one at target yet.   hopefully wider availability doesn't dent the theme's performance.
