That is probably a good thing, if there was, it would probably be mayhem. 

Bottom leaves a little to be desired but I guess it was expected.

This may mess with some of our sales as AFOL's and parents alike save their Lego funds for this.

Is it me or shouldnt the figs have been..... Chewie, Lando, Leia, one handed Luke, R2 and C3PO. Especially if its from the cloud city scene as pictured on the box?

I guess grey on grey levers may hold their value, I didn't see any on new ship.

Arguably. Although Han, Chewie, Leia and Threepio do arrive at Cloud City in the Falcon. Just Han that doesn't depart on it.

Yes but they werent being chased at that point......... Rather have a one handed Luke fig and updated Lando

And for $800 they could have tossed those in as well............

Just a question about the designer video: those canopies were printed-on, right? Not stickers?

There appears to be about 14 stickers from the designer video.  I'd want an extra sticker sheet, just in case I screw these up.  I wanted more detail in the video, maybe a couple minutes longer.

850 euros in Holland. I guess a lot of folk will be doing their Xmas shopping in the UK.

Gorgeous Set!  I love the drop down cannon and that we are getting a bit of interior.  Probably will hold off until a future double VIP points if no limited run, but eventually it will be mine.

This really is everything I was hoping for.  I think they knocked it out of the park.

 

Also love that the front of the box focuses on ESB with the round dish, with Force Awakens limited to the back of the box.

I'd like to buy 3 of these, 1 to build, 1 to keep sealed until I retire and 1 to flip after EOL to "hopefully" pay for the 1 I build.

One thing is for certain... I will NOT be listing any on eBay as there's just too many scammers waiting to pounce on every one of these that get's listed. It'll be a local cash sale or bank transfer payment via Facebook or other.

My dilemma is... Do I order on day 1 or do I wait for the inevitable discounts if it's unexclusive?

It's one of those sets that will sell out within minutes/hours or gather dust on the shelves for years. The thing is, how many would want to pay £649.99 for plastic bricks and stickers?

OMG... Can you imagine the massive queue outside the Leicester Square store once it's released?

The hallway corridor design is quite clever. Still trying to absorb all of the other details. Probably a day 1 buy for me. 

Inclusion of the Porgs is funny to me.

No word of it being a limited edition so I'll hold fire until a decent VIP offer.

I'd be shocked if it has more than 8-9 figures.  More likely to get a mynock than anything close to 20 minifigs.  Death Star is a playset and the remake was similar to the original.  This is a UCS ship, which often have 0-2 minifigs and we will be lucky to get more figures than the original.  4 figs if ESB only, 8-9 if they allow to swap the radar dish for TFA version.
